Whole Girl by Sadie Radinsky

Sadie Radinsky has made it her goal to guide and encourage young women to be themselves, love themselves, and feed themselves the way they deserve. Radinsky developed a gluten allergy at a young age, meaning her diet had to change drastically. With trial and error, this author developed a plethora of recipes for treats and sweets that will make any hungry tummy happy. Every chapter includes amazing recipes pared with life advice, a Q&A section and a form of exercise. I found the life advice to be practical, simple and powerful for young women, covering relevant topics such as fear, anxiety and courage. Though this is her first book, Radinsky has had years of experience writing for her blog and sharing her life with her online followers. Filled with important advice, delicious recipes, and stretches and exercises, Whole Girl is a fantastic source of inspiration and encouragement to all young women, especially those in their teens. This book is available through the PINES System.
