This book, a graphic novel memoir, is located in the juvenile biography section of the Walnut Grove Public Library.
I enjoyed this book and found the graphic presentation a lovely enhancement to Siena’s story. It begins with her love of dancing at a young age. The way she explains how dancing makes her feel, as well as her need to dance, helps you understand how Siena can commit to the strenuous training at the School of American Ballet and performances with The New York Ballet.
To Dance, shares the dreams and the reality of becoming a ballerina. I recommend this book to anyone, but especially if you are a young dancer. NF
